I love this place! It is so much cleaner than other gyms and everyone is very friendly.
My girls have been going here for a couple of years. They have had amazing growth in such a short period of time! The coaches really give each kid special attention, and I see it when they interact with my twins. Good people trying to help parents raise good kids.

My daughter loves this place! Wayne and his team really care about building a great foundation of movement that can translate into any sport or just life in general. I love that it's not super competitive, but that they still want to challenge the kids to move into groups where they are constantly growing and developing their skills. We are very happy with our choice in Flipshack.
Our daughter has been going to Flipshack for eight years, and we absolutely love it! They are more than a gymnastics gym, as they focus on entire body movement and self awareness. Their classes are engaging and their staff knowledgeable. Most of all, we love that they do not prescribe to the win-at-all-cost mentality. Our child has the ability to grow and learn, and develop her skills at her own pace. The adult class is equally fun! I'm so excited there is finally a place in town where adults can learn new skills in a safe environment.

I love the fact that each one of you treats not only the students, but also the parents, like family. Every coach is highly skilled in
instructing and training the students in building and mastering each technique, and the whole place exudes encouragement that also builds confidence. So, here is a huge "THANK YOU" to each and every one of you!!
I LOVE FLIPSHACK!! So far my 3 year old son has been attending weekly gymnastics classes here for about 6 months. We all love this place so much, we now attend classes twice a week. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. I am very grateful and pleased with Coach Sam and Coach Amy. These classes have given my son so much confidence!

Great staff. They also have open gym right now it is on Saturday from 12-1:30. October of 2017 switching time to 1:30-3. Saturday Open Gym is for ages 6 through teens and costs just $10

We love Flipshack! One daughter started 1.5 years ago at the age of 4 and is still in love with it and now our younger daughter has begun too and is so excited. The coaches have paid close attention to our older daughter's abilities and let us know when they thought she was at a point to move on to the next level. This keeps her interested and challenged while still having a blast. I think Flipshack strikes a great balance between teaching the kids great skills and having a well-structured program, while making sure it's not too intense and is an atmosphere where kids can really have fun. And rather than avoiding parents (which is the vibe given off by some gyms), Coach Wayne and the rest of the staff welcome the presence of parents and encourage their involvement. We highly recommend this great gym.
My son has started to forward to going to his classes every week. The staff is always friendly and helpful when we have questions or need to schedule a make up class.
Our daughter started taking classes at Flipshack in 2008. She is now part of their gymnastics team. We have always been impressed with the programs offered as well as the professional staff.
The Flipshack team discussed goals with our daughter and helped her achieve those goals. They gave our daughter the confidence needed to move forward in gymnastics.
Two very impressive things about Flipshack is its focus on having fun while getting fit as well as its manta of "never stop moving". As well, Flipshack is focused on the fitness well being of all their students/gymnasts.
Finally, Flipshack is always looking at new and innovative ways to provide a means for kids to get fit. I highly recommend Flipshack.
