Crystal is such an incredible vinyasa yoga instructor. Audrey's yin class yesterday was so unique and wonderful as well.
Audrey was amazing for warm vinyasa. She kept reminding us to do what was right for our bodies, so no pressure to perform. The front desk is very flexible (we were a minute late), and welcoming. The 15 min cool down at the end is what sold me. Complete with cold towels on our faces and a quick shoulder massage which was unexpected but amazing. Music was great!
If I could spend all day every day here I would. The staff is amazing, they take the time to help you with the poses, and my practice has definitely improved from going to Hot Asana!

They offer classes for a variety of skill levels and to accommodate varying availability. Plus, who doesn't love the lavender cloth and shoulder massage with grape seed oil at the end of each class? I leave every class refreshed and relaxed.

I am pretty mediocre at yoga but really enjoy this studio. Great ambiance and very welcoming environment. I personally enjoy it much more than other places because the teachers mix it up frequently and it doesn't feel clicky at all

Very nice people and facility. Sure wish they had a class with only instrumental music or no music, as it's often hard to focus on breathing and/or hear the instructor over the music.
Hot Asana is my first yoga studio and has changed my perspective on yoga and meditation as a whole. The instructors are amazing and inspiring. The studio itself is so relaxing, clean, and well managed.. I truly feel at peace here. The classes fit to any ability level or goal. I am so thankful to have this place as a part of my weekly routine.

I've never actually been to a yoga class before, and my sister loves yoga so I decided to tag along. I felt super comfortable and not at all like a first timer. Heidi is awesome and a really great teacher!!! We will definitely be back.
