I was looking to sign-up for a membership three months ago. The advertised monthly fee was marked down, and their whiteboard said that annual fees were waived. I clarified before signing the contract about my final costs. (PS you can't see the contract you are signing because it's on a credit card charging device -- they said they would print everything after we were done). After signing, my printed receipt showed the monthly + annual fee. The manager said they were separate deals, but she was happy to immediately cancel the contract. In fact, she said she would not even send in the contract to corporate, so I would avoid all charges. I was later charged the monthly fee, which the company said they would refund. I waited a month for this to show-up in my account, but it still has not. After calling in again, Crunch said they probably won't refund it because there was a signed contract. Nice gym, but would not do business again because there is poor transparency and communication.

Great place to workout. I like this place because you don't have a lot of people standing around talking while they are taking up weights or a machine.

Prices are great! The perks are also very good. I've never not felt welcome. Shout out to the swim classes on Monday mornings!

For the price and what you get, absolutely a great gym. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable too. I like to say it's comparable to a Planet Fitness, but on steroids -- with squat racks for example. Plus depending what time you go, it's not that busy. Like any gym, it picks up around 5/6pm and dwindles down around 9pm. I prefer going really early or on lunch to avoid the busy periods.

The staff is very friendly and is always welcoming and it's nice to see their friendly faces and they will always say hi to you. It's a nice place to get your workout done with a great selection for $10 a month for the basic if you want to spend more you can go to all of their locations which offer HydroMassage and I believe possibly a sauna or steam room but this specific location offers a pool and a hot tub but you're supposed to get a deluxe membership instead of a basic in order to use that. They have a good variety of equipment to get a good workout for $10 a month you can expect anything more.

I love this gym so much. Because they have great customers service and good trainers that will help you to get your dream body that you always wanted. Every time I enter the gym it feels like I'm part of a family.

There an okay gym, but price is good. Only thing is they have bad communication. I've submitted things online and they will never receive it. Or when I transferred to a different crunch they took 5 days to do it. Really if they fixed that this would be 5 stars.

FRAUD WARNING- DO NOT USE THIS GYM, THEY WILL USE YOUR MONEY TO PAY FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS. The 'manager'; Julie is completely incompetent. The lost my paperwork from when I first signed up in 2017. All my personal and account info is STILL floating around somewhere. Then they signed me up for the wrong plan when I tried to get it fixed (after 3 months of going there and friendly hellos with staff, one day they approach me mid-workout to tell me I'm not allowed to be there because I am 'not a member'). MY CHECKING AND CARD IS BEING USED TO PAY FOR 2 STRANGERS' MEMBERSHIPS AND MY MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CHARGING ME DOUBLE SINCE DECEMBER 20187. Julie kept saying it was fixed. I went through this every month. She refused to let me speak to someone in corporate who can fix this and she did NOTHING. I canceled my membership 3 weeks ago and I JUST HAD A WITHDRAWAL FOR 2 ACCOUNTS THAT AREN'T MINE. She now says the general manager is Dion, and I need to speak to him. In the 8 months of trying to get this fixed, she never once mentioned a general manager. I don't even know if he is a real person. He doesn't have a phone number. I can only call her at the gym number. I asked why she didn't cancel all the card and checking info when I first notified her. She refused to answer the question. This is fraud.
Which makes the fact that half the time equipment doesn't work and the fact that the air conditioning was broken in the lower front level (where the treadmills/ellipticals are) making it 90' in winter, seem like minor issues, when this alone would be a reason not to join this club.

I really enjoy coming to Crunch Fitness. My husband and I feel so at home and welcomed when we come in and it's such a positive atmosphere. Everyone is always smiling and motivating. And Dion is such a wonderful General Manager. Thank you CRUNCH Fitness in North Colorado Springs!

Certain staff are not properly trained on educating new members. I just wanted to sign up for a month to month with NO EXTRA FEES got charged way more then I should have after specifically asking questions to clearify that I wouldn't have that problem of unexpected charges later on down the road. The told me he'd "wave" my fee and I was only going to be paying 14 a month. The guy that signed me up doesn't even work there anymore and they won't refund me.

I loved this place and the people so much I bought a year member ship. I've been working out at the southern location since my workout partner had surgery, and I tell ya what, I miss this location. I suggest it to everyone who wants to be better.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT JOIN! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Be prepared to still have your card charged every month even after you have your account cancelled. But wait it gets better .If you call them about your card still being charged they play it off really well and are "shocked" as to why you are being charged still since your account says "cancelled". They then pass you to 3 different managers all who say they will call you back but do not. You send them numerous emails with your statements from your bank account indicating the charges and they still don't give you any time of their day. After all of that they tell you that someone else has your card number and you should consider closing your entire bank account and start a new one. And not to mention if you are the primary account holder and want to cancel your entire family only yours might be cancelled everyone including your two year old has to speak and cancel for themselves because you all are not actually under one membership but each has their own membership charged only on the same card. If you want to donate your hard earned money to a place you haven't been for the past year this would be the place for you.

Good gym overall. Staff is awesome and there's a lot of space especially up stairs. Lower rating because I wasn't notified of fees involved with child care until after I'd already been there for a while. Part of it was due to the transition from Tru fit to Crunch. Hopefully they've got all of that sorted now though.

Great gym! Great equipment. Everything is always clean. Great atmosphere. Well worth it and the price is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service, does not train employees on proper protocol for cancelling daycare portion and NOT membership. Does not return calls , blames customers for believing that THEIR employee tells me proper information. Please always speak to a manager and document names, times, and conversation in person to hopefully get correct information. I only signed up for north for child care which was never used, always worked out at the south gym. Will never take my business back to the north gym after our break for my son's procedure. Please be more understanding of your customers situations and that they are telling the truth. Instead of blaming the customer for what they could of done. Figure out where it went wrong, how to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. You don't pass blame. I will never recommend this gym to anyone.

Love, love love this place! I was a member of Accolade for over a year, and was generally pleased with it (see my Accolade Fitness review). Fortunately I am WAY more than generally happy at Crunch. Great staff, always clean. There a sincere 'Hello!' when you walk in. One small thing that made a huge impact for me was often times a staff member might ask "What are you working out today?" It's something so small but it really put you in the frame of mind to focus and get the job done. All around, I couldn't be happier, except for the yellow kettle ball that is still missing upstairs (where the heck is it? lol). P.S. The cost of membership is straight-up OUTSTANDING!!

I had not been to a gym in years. Upon contacting Crunch and meeting with Chris, my husband and I were sold on this facility. The gym was very clean, it had all the latest equipment and we were not pressured to join. Chris helped us make the right membership and personal training decisions. While the gym is exceptional, so we're our encounters with Chris. His sincerity and smile will always be remembered. Thank you, Crunch, for bringing this exceptional level of service to our community.

Called about 6 times around 6:00pm on a Friday and nobody is there to answer the phone. Looks like a decent gym for a good price unfortunately the staff can not come to the phone right now so i'll go somewhere else.

From the minute I began attending Crunch gym I felt comfortable working out there. My personal trainer, Elliott, has customized a workout program that meets my needs with my chronic health conditions. I highly recommend Crunch gym to anyone looking to get in shape or improve their health! Everyone is pleasant and so helpful!
