Amazing Studio!! I discovered this studio back in October 2019 and have been going ever since! The instructors are incredible! I usually take Jeremys classes...but I have been trying to explore other instructors and so far everyone has been amazing!! Flex is a great, no frills, neighborhood gym. The space is much roomier than it looks from the outside with a studio, spin room, and weight room in the back. The weight room has two squat racks so there is rarely a line.... more

They cancelled our daughters class and told us to come the next Saturday. But when we arrived the next Saturday they had no spots for our daughters. Two Saturdays in a raw that our daughters were disappointed.... more
Great for climbing and bouldering. It's a smaller gym and can get crowded. I kind of wish the place would get an upgrade. The locker room is very cramped with 4+ people changing and the exercise equipment, namely bikes and treadmills are old and don't work well.... more

big climbing gym. can get crowded with lots of University students..Been coming here since I moved to the area in 2014. Is about time to leave a review... I really like this place, not only because of the classes, the climbing, or the fitness equipment, but also because of the community here, including the excellent and super friendly front desk staff and the other folks who work here who have all become really dear to me.... more
