This is the best place. The staff are very attentive and informative about muscle use and modifications. The mat classes and the reformer classes that I have taken are challenging, but very do-able because Krista and the rest of the staff modify and make sure you are in the correct position. I especially appreciate the individual attention that the instructors give so that I don't injure myself.I could go on an on about how wonderful the studio is, but you should check it out for yourself. Pilates has changed my life.
Excellent small studio with a lot of personal attention. Super positive and supportive instructors. I was nervous about entering the world of Pilates and this studio is great.
