I've been attending classes at Island Yoga for a few years. It's a charming upstairs studio with design touches that help ease you into a calm and meditative practice. There are lots of props available -- always clean and tidy. It's one of the few yoga studios I've been to that attracts a diverse crowd -- men and women of different ages.
