Flex is a great, no frills, neighborhood gym. The space is much roomier than it looks from the outside with a studio, spin room, and weight room in the back. The weight room has two squat racks so there is rarely a line.... more

Such a great studio! Super welcoming and friendly but also relaxed. Practices are both relaxed but can be challenging if you want them to be. Definitely recommend.. Although I'm a regular to the Berkeley/Oakland area, I had not yet discovered Innerstellar Pilates & Yoga.... more
