Amazing teachers, great yoga studio!
Great location, beautiful studio, great teachers, clean maintenance, especially love the morning classes by Elika Aird. She pays attention, comes to me later & corrects my poses. I appreciat it.
Hope they open even earlier classes like 5:30am or 6am in the future for early commuters.
The front desk people are super nice, helpful and efficient.
Namaste is a neighborhood mainstay. I took classes there the first week it opened and am still taking classes there. So many great yogis and the variety of classes offered all day long (and at all locations) makes the membership totally worthwhile! Such great vibes!!!
I've been practicing yoga at Namaste for close to three years now. My favorite things about Namaste and the reasons I renew my membership are that I love the community at Namaste,: it's very easy to spark up conversation and make friends with fellow classmates. I love the teachers; there's a wide variety of classes for all different types of yoga. I find the teachers to be friendly, positive, professional, and incredibly competent. And I love that there are multiple locations and workshops offered to expand your yoga knowledge. :)
Every class I have been to has been fantastic. The teachers are all very knowledgable and consistent in their teaching style. Staff is friendly and overall environment is really welcoming. I have not had a consistent yoga practice for years because I've attended too many classes where teachers were inexperienced or trying to sell themselves as "gurus". Joining Namaste has rekindled my love of yoga . I also really enjoy Sarah Moody's Roll and Release class. Great for working out all the sore spots!

The instructors here are wonderful and very focused on breath and alignment. My practice has deepened in just a couple of weeks. Namaste offers a variety of classes which keeps things interesting and allows you to explore more. The atmosphere is zen and it's nice that you can even schedule body work right there at the studio.

Professional & knowledgeable instructors. The young ladies at the counter are charming and provide outstanding customer service with a smile! Administration listens, evalutes a situation, and is willing to make adjustments. Variety of classes for all levels.
The best teachers you'll ever find + a beautiful studio and wonderful staff + an uplifting student community = a fulfilling and sustainable yoga journey!
