I took the six week weight loss class with Katy at Vita and it has completely changed my life. I cannot recommend this class enough to anyone interested in getting the support and information they need to start eating better and feeling better. Katy is astonishingly effective in her knowledge and passion in the delivery of information. Thank you so much.
Can't believe Vita only has one Google review. Vita is a lovely studio which feels like a community you become quickly part of. The classes are top notch, as is their childcare each weekday morning at 9.30am. Both my kids loved to go there. Thanks Vita!
