The Place is great! Has helped me recover from a pulled hamstring and a hip injury. Specifically Mitra also manages to take care of anything I need to keep me at my best!. I tried the cryotherapy session today with the assistance of Mitra and Mary they were so awesome coaching me through the process and I got through the whole session.... more

Best Muay Thai Gym in the valley! I travel all the way from Simi Valley 4-5 times a week. I pass by many other gyms on the way because it is worth the drive. Prices are the best, training is amazing, everyone here is family.... more
