The Place is great! Has helped me recover from a pulled hamstring and a hip injury. Specifically Mitra also manages to take care of anything I need to keep me at my best!. Love this place! Instructors are positive and high energy, very friendly. Music is really fun to get you in the mood to work hard. They keep the lights low and the room is a perfect temp, warm enough to loosen up but not so hot I'm sweating my face off.... more
