The flow hot yoga class is awesome and every instructor I have had has been great. I will go back for sure. Love it. It's not too hot but hot enough to make you SWEAT!!!! Took my first class today and I loved every bit of it.... more
I was disappointed. Not that the class was bad but not what I was expecting it was as a gym fitness class without shoes. This truly is the most wonderful yoga studio. The staff is so kind and the teachers are very understanding and offer playful, unique flows.... more

Hi There, I took a class at your studio last night and noticed the extreme smell of mold in the bathroom area. Although, it startled me on how terrible the smell was, I didn't think much of it until I went home and I started to have a reaction; snuffly noes, itchy eyes, and a dry cough.... more
