Just about everything that I want in a gym - machines, free weights, classes, pool, steam room, sauna, and towel service - plus the staff is friendly and the fees are reasonable. I've worked out at a lot of gyms and no matter how nice the gym is, there will always be issues so it's refreshing when the management is genuinely concerned about making things as good as possible.... more
I took my cousin here for her birthday and I had a great experience. This place is clean and cute and their prices are great. They're open late AND they have great parking. Definitely a hole in the wall and probably the best thing in that plaza.... more
Group meeting for Amway sellers and new comers you get to learn things about their products. Also they are polite ,very energetic, and motivated people who go to these meetings. Friendly service, prices are reasonable.... more

I love love love the hot fusion yoga class! I walked out different! It's a great ! All the instructors are really wonderful! I highly recommend them! It's been life changing. Christopher's C2 yoga was also incredible!!! He is terrific! I was dripping.... more

Great classes for all levels, teachers are very nice and gives motivation! The classes challenging and changing every class. I love this place, highly recommended :). Horrible yoga studio! The classes seem great, but the owner and teachers have WAY too much of an ego to ever care about customer service! Oh and the owner allows his dirty dog to run around the yoga studio.... more
