This review is specifically for a new instructor - I took Sarah-Jane's class and was so impressed! Finally a spin class in the South Bay besides SC that plays Hip-Hop and EDM! Her class is tough, but her energy and her playlist had me motivated and pushing through! Look for her classes and give it a try, it's SC-like without the cost and in a more welcoming environment!.... more
