Awesome gym. All equipments you need and close to the airpost. Super clean and friendly staff.. I always stop by here when I have a long layover in LAX. Very neighborhood feel, but has all the essentials for a good workout.... more
I go to open floor sessions, so haven't taken any classes. But it's great!!! Tons of fun, big floor space, music, good vibes. Etcetc.. I love your dancing in you tube the kids are so awesome... more

I was disappointed. Not that the class was bad but not what I was expecting it was as a gym fitness class without shoes. This truly is the most wonderful yoga studio. The staff is so kind and the teachers are very understanding and offer playful, unique flows.... more
