I checked this place out recently on a business trip to L.A. and I have to say I was pretty impressed, I popped in for a free mens class and was surprised how much I got out of it, this was my 1st time going to a mma fitness gym, if you go to a tradiontal gym then you have to give this place a try, it's a different kind of workout!! there's nothing like getting a great workout in after a long days work! great atmosphere and good vibes. I definitely recommend.

Coming here was the best decision I ever made. SUPER PLUS: parking. Plenty of spaces right in front or around the corner.
