Thanks to Dr. Ken and his team, I lost 30 pounds and have kept it off for several years now as I reached a level of physical fitness like never before. This lasting change came first from expert rehab to overcome chronic injuries, then from a fitness plan that has increased my strength, flexibility and stamina. For me it also took a change in mindset as I embraced Dr. Ken's philosophy of preventive wellness, and now I have a happy, healthy, active lifestyle to show for it!
