I have been working out with my friend pretty consistently and have felt extremely tight and exhausted. One hour of deep stretch yoga with Aria had me feeling loose, relaxed, and uplifted. She really cares for her clients and listens to their needs. Coming off an ankle injury she was able to accommodate and make modifications for my injury in a professional and knowledgeable way.
