I am about the last person I ever could have imagined having a Pilates session. However, after the highest recommendations and a little pushing from friends I found myself in Manon LaPlante's Le Pilates Loft studio, unsure of what in the world was about to happen to me.
Suffice it to say, I could not be happier that I went. Manon first easily put me at ease and then got straight to work, giving me a very thorough personalized evaluation. Her observations seemed nothing short of psychic! She was able to explain where I hurt and more importantly why!
Even above and beyond Manon's obvious depth of knowledge and experience, I was most impressed by her gift for teaching. She was able to illustrate many things I never would have been aware of in a way that truly motivated me. Her skills, patience, personality, and dedication to her profession were a real inspiration. I left her studio putting in place the simple things I learned from my first session and to my great surprise EVERYONE noticed the results.
