The finest martial arts school I have ever attended. Not just the staff, the culture and community here are amazing.
After moving to Burbank in August 2018, my son needed a new martial arts home. He had trained for about 4.5 years in NJ and had earned a black belt there, so it was important to us to find a place where he could transfer in at that level and feel comfortable. I knew after watching one class and speaking with the wonderful instructors that we were in the right place. It's a very welcoming and respectful atmosphere for students of all ages and abilities. There's a strong focus on developing one's mind as well as one's body for an all-around healthy approach to life. Listening to Master Winkle's encouragement to the class has helped my own parenting and also drew me in so much that I personally joined in December. The family classes allow me to train with my 12 year old while still working with other like-minded adults, and fits well into my packed working-parent schedule. Every instructor is amazing, caring, and supportive and, in turn, they develop students who share those same qualities. It's a pleasure to be in such great company.

I love this place!!!! The people are positive and helpful!!! I can't do everything yet and they are able to modify exercises and work with me no problem! There is a family vibe and inspiration to keep going and be the best you can be!!! I dropped two dresses sizes after attending kickboxing classes for a month!!!

I don't normally review businesses, but I'm happily reviewing Inspire Martial Arts because it has been such an important place for my son and me. My son was not interested in "ball sports" - baseball, basketball, soccer- but we wanted to keep him active, and a family from his school suggested martial arts. We checked out a few schools in the area, and although my son was interested, or we weren't impressed with the schools themselves or the instructors. When we stepped into Inspire Martial Arts it was a different story. Not only was the staff helpful and respectful, but the students were immediately friendly and went out of their way to greet us. Inspire has created a culture of respect that was immediately felt. I noticed they had family classes that parents and kids could take together. I decided to join and take classes with my son. It was the best move I've ever made. Three years later we're on the verge of getting our black belts together, we've made countless friends, we are in better shape, and we are inspired daily by Master Keith Winkle, his wife Chief Instuctor Peregoy, and the rest of their amazing, professional staff. I can't recommend this place enough. This place lives up to the name Inspire!
