The Place is great! Has helped me recover from a pulled hamstring and a hip injury. Specifically Mitra also manages to take care of anything I need to keep me at my best!
I tried the cryotherapy session today with the assistance of Mitra and Mary they were so awesome coaching me through the process and I got through the whole session. I left feeling invigorated and so much more mobile ( I went in very stiff in my knee) super excited to come back.
Love this place. Highly recommend the Cryotherapy overall body, local therapy and facial. The staff is very friendly and takes very good care of their customers. I did the package if 10 visits and it was a great deal.
This place is my favorite. I come in all the time for the recovery services - the normatec boots are my favorite after a hard run or squatting. The gym is really well equipped too and the trainers are awesome, and the ownership is extremely friendly - definitely highly recommend

I am getting back in shape here. I absolutely love this little gym. The people are very friendly. I am working out 4 times a week again and I am so happy. I highly recommend this gym if you want a more private elite workout experience with awesome unique extras, compression therapy on your legs or cryo therapy which A 3 minute zero degrees experience that freezes you. It pushes all the blood to the center of your body. Then you step out and all of the blood rushes back out and recovers your body you'll feel amazing. So cool! The cryo therapy facial also works as a unique alternative to botox. Basically the same concept on your face. I highly recommend taking personal training. It is so awesome to have a private gym like this period plus there's always parking.

This place is amazing. This was my first time doing cryotherapy and the staff here made me feel welcome and comfortable. If your a person who likes to take care of their body it's a must you try cryotherapy. Good people over here, with a great facility

I absolutely LOVE this place! The owners are so friendly, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I came in using a Groupon because my funds are limited and they worked with me to give me the best care possible. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I let them know the problems I was having and they gave me advice on the best things to do that were cost effective for me. I love doing the whole body cryotherapy and the experience I had there was fantastic! The place is very clean and comfortable. I always look forward to coming back and trying different treatments!

Ive done cryotherapy and the hot sauna for my recovery and I've gotten great result with both especially doing cryo. Im a professional dancer so recovery is very important! Plus boxing and gymnastics. So when i say it all works im telling the truth!

I just moved to the area and i was looking for a small gym. My neighbor told me about this place. I've NEVER been one to say i love going to the gym but i do Love this place. I had a consultation with one of the trainer's. She was extremely knowledgeable and tailored my workout.
They also have a Cryotherapy, Sauna, compression and a nutrition program. I have been trying to find the right shake for myself and i never knew where to go but this place has it all. I tried their localized Cryotherapy and absolutely loved it. I had a sprained ankle a few months ago and had such a hard time exercising, after two localized Cryotherapy sessions my ankle feels 100% better and i am back to a complete workout routine. I just found out they will also have kick boxing class soon, i am looking forward to that and very excited.
