I'm no fitness beast, but when I take a class at P360 I feel included, supported, and encouraged. At other gyms I'm sometimes embarrassed to be using less weight or running way slower than everyone else, but at P360 that never happens.... more
I waited in the lobby as my partner had a reiki session. The lobby was nicely lit with relaxing music playing and a free crystal rewards for review sign was also up ^.^.This is hands down one of the best yoga studios in San Diego!!!!
