My boy started at White Dragon La Mesa 2 years ago; and has since made incredible progress. The staff is amazing and always make you feel like your at home. I recommend this to anyone and everyone looking to enroll their child into martial arts. Everyone there will care for your kid and with just a bit of work at home you will see experience what we have with our boy. Special thanks to Mr. Williams who has been instructing my son and pushing him to higher standards lesson.

In 2 years, I see an enormous improvement in the way I deal with my mental issues. I'm just so in love with the community at White Dragon, where I met amazing instructors, they are so patient, supportive and I really appreciate the effort every single teacher and staff are giving students. I am also grateful to meet like-minded people at all ages, and become friends, they are so nice and make me feel like family. I have my favorite instructors, who are extremely energetic, enthusiastic, always encourage us to push ourselves beyond our limits. We are not only learning forms and self-defense techniques, but also how to improve physical and mental health. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is considering trying martial art for their work-out routine. Totally worth it!

Great place. Instructors are knowledgeable and nice. The classes are fun and a good workout while also gaining valuable knowledge. Highly recommended.
The teachers are very nice they will answer all of your questions and make sure that you are getting all the information and training you need to become a better person.
They will also help you to lose weight or to get stronger and will teach you amazing life skills.
My son has been at White Dragon for about 8 months. Staff has been great since the day we walked into this place! They have classes that work with any schedule and if you ever need to skip a class you are easily re-scheduled. If you are looking to start martial arts I highly recommend the white dragon!
The staff and facilities are awesome. There is a constant positive attitude and courtesy displayed by the instructors and staff that is unequaled any where else. The workouts are great, and you progress at your own pace. Can't say enough.

My daughters go here and they love it! Not only is it helping them learn to defend themselves but it's helping with there confidence! And the teachers are awesome, very patient and professional. I would defenety recommend this place to anyone with kids and even adults as well! Keep up the awesome work!
Really appreciate the one on one instruction at white dragon because I find I learn things more thoroughly and at my own pace. The classes are really great also because you woke with so many different types of people which helps to prepare for real life situations. Its super fun and a killer workout!
I signed up for White Dragon Martial Arts in August. I've been consistently going since and it has been a phenomenal experience!
I came in with zero background experience in martial arts. I really appreciate the patience that my instructor shows every single lesson. During one of my first lessons he reassured me that whatever I don't learn today, I will learn tomorrow because it's all about repetition and building on the fundamentals. It was great to hear this reassurance!
The group classes challenge you in a good way. The instructors will constantly remind you to invoke the "martial spirit"! The group classes build on the fundamentals that you will learn in during your private lessons. As you keep rising in ranks, different types of classes are offered such as sparring and weapon training.
I would highly recommend this school to anyone (regardless of age) who is looking to learn self-defense and/or wants to work out in a non-judgmental environment. The staff is amazing and everyone (staff and students) are super respectful. I love this place and I'm really happy I decided to join!
