I waited in the lobby as my partner had a reiki session. The lobby was nicely lit with relaxing music playing and a free crystal rewards for review sign was also up ^.^
This is hands down one of the best yoga studios in San Diego!!!! I love all their classes and teachers and the front desk reception is full of amazing yoga inspired, spiritual gifts. They even have workshops and trainings on a regular basis that include sound healing, reiki, meditation, breathwork, creative business skills, cacao cermonies and MORE!

Clean space. Brick walls make for cozy vibes. Plant in the windowsill, tarot cards in the shop outside. Friendly people all around! The yin yoga class was a delicious end to my Tuesday. Wish I could spend more time here looking at all the crystals and candles for sale.
I finally found the perfect yoga studio with all the feels! Took a class with Kelly. Yin & Reiki was amazing. Walked out feeling fluid and calm and energized at the same time.

As someone who has practiced yoga on and off for 13 years, I'm a huge fan of the yoga classes at SHC. The instructors are all kind, warm, and great about offering adjustments for those of us who want that. Love this place!

I love having this studio in my neighborhood. The people are so caring and sweet, the space is gorgeous and the meditation and Yin Yoga classes are exactly what I need in my day. I highly recommend stopping in and trying one of their free classes.

I had been in a yoga studio crisis for years and found Sojourn through a friend on FB who was "interested in an event" for an aura picture workshop. I didn't make it to the workshop, but after my 1st free class I've been going 3 to 4 times a week ever since.This place is more than a studio - it's a healing center. It's a place to belong. It's a place where you can go back to truly tying breath to posture, hang out in gorgeous non-competitive space, with women of all sizes, experience massage, alternative therapies and meet high vibe people of all ages in the process. I love it here and if you don't believe me, come to 9:30 am class any Tuesday through Friday and you'll most likely see this brown curvy girl with big hair attempting a less-crappy-than-last-week downward dog and you're more than welcome to a huge hug from me before or after class. Also, if you're super new to yoga - this is your place. Take Lauren's class on Thursday if you can, she is very technical and precise, loving and gentle - which is exactly what we newbs need!

Great Yoga teachers and classes for all levels as well as workshops, and group meditation sessions. love this space. I wish I could live here.
