My elderly parents have been coming here for many years and it's a big part of their ability to continue living on their own. It's very age inclusive, as they have a regular group of friends to share coffee and conversation with as well as getting in some much needed physical activity.... more

I took the women's SAFE course, and there is truly no one better to learn such an important lesson from. Great atmosphere for yogis of all levels! I'm a beginner and I always feel well guided in the studio. Inner Fire offers classes at various temperatures, speeds, and instructors offer plenty of pose modifications if you'd like a more challenging or less challenging sequence.... more
Great gym, great people! I am not super particular about my gym space so much as the people who work there. Midvale Anytime Fitness has some awesome employees. Mikey, Ashley, Rachel, Jordan and everyone else I have worked with or seen working are caring, funny, and extremely helpful.... more
Very nice space and equipment setup, particularly for something that's free to students .. Pretty nice setup and free to students actively enrolled in a degree program. It is limited in the sense that it could use more equipment and more variety of equipment.... more
I was just here for a few minutes to check it out, but the facility is huge and filled with plenty of equipment. Looked great. Not sure how crowded it gets at peak times.. Very clean gym that has every thing you need including a relaxing sauna.... more

Gorgeous studio with just the right amount of room heat. The staff makes such an effort to keep it clean, tidy, smelling good, and full of calming energy...and remembering people's names! Some people may not like this rule, but I find it so refreshing to practice in a space where phones aren't allowed near your mat! People can meditate or prepare or speak with friends before class instead of staring at their screens.... more
