He put together an awesome challenge over thanksgiving and Christmas that has helped us lose weight over the holidays while still enjoying our holiday get togethers!!! He not only gave us tips and support himself but he also connected us with people all over that were in the same challenge to support and motivate each other as well as hold each other accountable.... more

I like that everyone can go at their own pace. I love that The measure of the workout is your heart rate and not your performance. It puts the focus on effort and not ability. The workouts are tough and make you work hard.... more
