Great atmosphere for yogis of all levels! I'm a beginner and I always feel well guided in the studio. Inner Fire offers classes at various temperatures, speeds, and instructors offer plenty of pose modifications if you'd like a more challenging or less challenging sequence.... more
Gorgeous studio with just the right amount of room heat. The staff makes such an effort to keep it clean, tidy, smelling good, and full of calming energy...and remembering people's names! Some people may not like this rule, but I find it so refreshing to practice in a space where phones aren't allowed near your mat! People can meditate or prepare or speak with friends before class instead of staring at their screens.... more

Our kids LOVE their classes - preschool gymnastics and gym warrior. Their coaches are wonderful and do a great job teaching them while making class fun. We recently hosted a birthday party and it was the easiest event we have ever had - they took care of EVERYTHING and all of our guests had a ton of fun!!.... more
Lululemon is a store that at first glance appears to only fill a very small and specific niche but needs to get more credit for branching out into athletic wear in general. Yoga chic is quickly becoming "travel clothing" in general - clothing that does everything.... more

The staff are friendly and the equipment is in good condition. The couple of times I saw a machine that was out of order, it was fixed within 1 to 2 weeks.. Fantastic and dedicated personal trainers and instructors, very nice pool, nice variety of equipment, facility is clean, nice community atmosphere where all are welcome regardless of age or ability, lots of helpful programs for youth and adults, I've been very pleased and grateful... more

Place has gotten too crowded since purchased by Princeton club. Cardio cinema still broken all the time. Converted to a Princeton club, but still a nice establishment. Lots of space, machines, and weights, as well as group training rooms... more
