We love our classes with Sarah and David. They bring fitness, safety, discipline and fun all together. My kids say they wish they could have class everyday at ORTHDX.

Iron Pagoda is filled with fun and energetic people and their instructor are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to start a workout or to continue one with the help from one of the instructors. One other thing if you are looking to take martial arts, Iron Pagoda has three styles, Tai Chi, Southern Praying Mantis, and Eskrima.Iron Pagoda is definitely a place worth checking out.
