FIT has made a great difference in my ability to be physically functional again and the sequence and type of exercises have very much reduced my chronic back pain!! I feel so good after one hour of personal training that I can't wait to go back. After four month of training, I feel a lot strength and have regained most of my old abilities back. In fact, because of how FIT changed my life, my husband and son also decided to join in. We all feel so good after our training that we have made this as our biweekly family event together. In addition, I love the fact that the place does not feel like a busy smelly gym and has a playground feel to it. So we can't wait to go back and play and be a kid again. Finally, the staff is very knowledgable about specific individual's needs. They keep optimizing and prescribing physical exercises that are most effective for each individual. Thanks FIT for helping me to live a full life again!!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome...I love FIT!
I used to go to the other big name gyms in Madison and would stay there an hour and do the same thing over and over with no gains. Since I have joined FIT (thanks to my wife) I feel that my body is stronger and balanced. Their training plan focuses on the whole body. The best part of FIT is once you join you're family. If you want to get back into shape I strongly recommend FIT.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome...I love FIT!

I've been coming to FIT for 7 months now and have made a ton of progress.

This is my first experience with barbell training and it's been enlightening. I've found that I'm weak in areas where I thought I was strong and vice versa. The weight on the bar doesn't lie or deceive. I like that kind of solid feedback.

All the trainers are fantastic. I've been primarily working with Luke who has been very patient providing explanations for the minutiae of the exercises. He's also been great at modifying exercises so my extremely inflexible 53 year old body can still do them. We're working on the inflexible part too.

I'd never do this on my own. The accountability to Luke and the group training atmosphere have been key factors in the successes I've achieved. I highly recommend FIT to anyone who wants to get stronger, no matter where you're at now.

I began working out at FIT following a knee injury from football my sophomore year of high school. I had worked with Jared previously and knew that it would be best for my recovery if I started training with him again. It was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Training at FIT took me from being a practice player who sat on the bench all year to starting every game my senior year and earning a scholarship to play collegiate football at Northern Michigan University. During my senior year of high school countless people asked me what I did to improve so much in the off-season and I always credited Jared and the trainers at FIT. I owe every athletic accomplishment I have ever had to the phenomenal training I received at FIT. One of the biggest things that separates FIT from other gyms that I have worked out at is it is a very enjoyable environment to train in. I always looked forward to my workouts instead of dreading them. I only wish Jared opened the gym sooner so that I could have started there at a younger age.

Having been at FIT for about two years, words do not do justice to this facility and its people! The training is precise, safe, and focused on each individual. The staff care about you has humans AND athletes, and get to know everyone. I have progressed through the various class types, up to Olympic Lifting - something I NEVER would have thought to have tried, but the coaches and members are so supportive and encouraging, that you feel empowered to try something new, set new goals and then crush them!

F.I.T. is the best gym I've ever worked out in. A really serious, no-nonsense weight-lifting gym for people of all ages, from teens to old folks like me. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and attentive, and the entire team is very friendly. The facilities are always clean and they have great equipment. Consider checking them out! You won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love working out at FIT and have done so since last July. All the coaches care so much about you as a person and an athlete. They want you to be as successful as possible, but they also work extremely hard to prevent injury. FIT coaches work with the level of mobility you are at and help you personally become better. Whatever your goal is, that's what they help you work towards. It does not matter your size, ability or previous experience. They will meet you where you're at and help you improve from there! FIT is a community of people all trying to be their best! The FIT family is a real thing! And one you should join if you want real progress and change for the better!!

I joined FIT about a year ago and love it! The coaches are amazing and attentive to your needs. They give great guidance on all exercises and help you improve your form. They help you push yourself and out your comfort zone. I currently do MPT 3x/week.

FIT is a great place for everyone. I look forward to seeing my FIT family daily!

Strongly recommend FIT for regular folks looking to get back into shape. I go three times a week for the group metabolic personal training (MPT) and feel so much better than before I started. I have more energy and focus throughout the day and I'm sleeping better at night.

The group personal training is a great format that keeps it fun and holds you accountable. The trainers are all excellent at showing you proper form and encouraging you just the right amount.

Functional Integrated Training has changed me from a "I'll never workout consistently unless I can do it at home or within walking distance" to someone who wakes up before the sun to drive 25 minutes to get to the gym. I love working out at FIT....the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and each have a unique style of coaching and background in training. The synergy of the experience within the coaching staff makes this gym great for a novice or an Olympic weight lifter.

I've been going to FIT for about 6 months now and it's going great! The coaches are very helpful, and really work with you on proper form and getting stronger. I joined as a beginner with weight training, and the FIT coaches tailored my program based on my experience, injury history, and goals. It's amazing to see how far I've come along in 6 months, and I can honestly say I'm in the best shape I've been in for years.

I'm currently in a FIT member challenge group, and it's given me the extra competition needed to focus more on my lifestyle outside the gym. The group is sharing outside workouts and recipes/meal choices via a FB group, and we're having a great time with it!

FIT truly has something for anyone, from beginners to extreme athletes. Their non-intimidating approach makes it very easy and comfortable to learn the ropes, and their members will help build your motivation.

FIT is a positive gym where the trainers work with clients to meet individual needs in group class settings. This is a safe, supportive place where everyone is respected. I never thought I'd enjoy strength training this much, but through supportive coaches and accessible programming that scaffolded my fitness levels over the past year and a half, I've become a strength athlete who even competes at powerlifting meets. This place is pretty amazing, you should check it out.

This is my first experienced in a group-workout-oriented gym. I've been going for over a year now and I can't believe how much I enjoy the trainers and other members at the facility. The classes are great for all levels as each exercise has multiple variations that give you more challenge as you progress. The focus here is truly on an all-encompassing healthy lifestyle. Jared and the rest of the trainers are very knowledgeable about strength training, weight loss, healthy eating, and good habit-forming routines. They're available before, during, and after sessions and are great about answering questions via social media or their training app. All in all, I can't recommend this gym enough!
