Clean, good staff, and well equipped..Inexpensive but nice..I don't feel the hours are as convenient as I'd l8ke . Opening @11 on Sundays is pretty late . Also you have to pay extra for some activities.... more
Has all the cable machines you could ever ask for, and the weight training equipment is good if there's not many people in. Don't bother getting a trainer though, I'm convinced they have no idea what they are doing.... more
The OneLife on Va Beach Blvd have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. The trainer Jay goes out his way to educate me on my nutrition and how to train in a proper way. His outgoing personality will make take it up a notch at the gym.... more
This isn't my blend of coffee, yet I must admire from driving past by how clean it looks. The location resides within a higher prestige of Virginia Beach, more so in shopping. Seems like a nice place for serious sweating, so sweat on lads.... more
Changed gyms due to the unfriendly staff especially the new trainer and her made up rules. Wish the old trainer stayed. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to Norfolk to go to a gym where the trainer is attentive, knowledgeable and has been there for years.... more
