My husband works out here, so I went with him when I was in town. The staff was super friendly, and the gym was open with a lot of space & equipment that I didn't even realize could be used as workout equipment. It seems to cater to all kinds of fitness levels as well as various workout types. Definitely would've become a member if I lived in VA.

Best local powerlifting gym in 757! Great employees, a little pricey but you get quality equipment, 24 hours eith key card to access and you have 2 location options! I would recommend if you're looking to train to be in competition!

Excellent gym. Plenty of equipment. If you're. True gym rat, or just a gym regular you will be comfortable and get a great swole on!

Visited as a guest and was completely amazed. The equipment is high end and kept clean. They have every variety of equipment or training you could want. Will be getting membership soon.

My son is a powerlifter and the gym is like Paradise... We got a one day pass just visiting and crushed it. They did it right.

This is my main gym. It has what you'd need regardless if you're a powerlifter, crossfitter, body builder, or general fitness enthusiast. The owner, Alvin, is a stand up guy and shows consistent care for the gym and members.

Excellent price, every piece of equipment you could imagine and friendly to all types of workouts. Only improvement could be more mirrors, especially maybe a full body in the bathrooms. Love the environment and everyone is helpful and supportive.

Excellent price and atmosphere. Can get slightly busy around 5pm, but I have never had an issue finding the equipment I need. Great staff, friendly clients. Massage therapist and chiropractor on site.

No BS gym you can do crossfit, Olympic lifting, and bodybuilding without paying for the crossfit name. Good Rogue equipment and plenty of machines. Great atmosphere and open 24/7. Been a member since they first opened and plan to stay for a long while.

Does get crowded and it can get frustrating with people standing around, but guess what? Their opening a huge gym to alleviate all of that! Been a member since they first opened and plan to stay for a long while.

Best gym around by far. I joined about a month or two after they opened. Great owners, staff, and group of members. I am moving away from the area and this gym is about the only thing I will really miss. If you want a gym where the goal is to get stronger and not just spend your time looking in the mirror and impressing those around you, this is the place for you.

Great gym with a great staff, they are always willing to help no matter what time or day. It gets packed but with the new building opening it will make it better
