Exercise and a urine ph of 7.5 is very good for you. Urine ph is an indicator of the health of your body. A ph of 7.5 can cure most sickness. A ph of below 5.5 of your mouth will erode your teeth.... more

USA friendly Great people.I like it. Its tucked back in the corner of the shopping center. It gets busy, but not too busy. Its very clean and kept up with, overall a good gym..I believe Luis was his name, So incredibly insightful about what planet fitness has to offer.... more
Atmosphere here is calm. I get a great workout and dont have to wait for machines.You can tell when an owner really cares about what they do. If your looking for a gym that actually appreciates your business and will work to keep it, than checkout this one.... more
This gym is great but the cardio equipment needs updating. The stationary bikes rarely work and can be very frustrating to start a workout and have to change bikes/ treadmills or elipticals multiple times.... more
Has all the cable machines you could ever ask for, and the weight training equipment is good if there's not many people in. Don't bother getting a trainer though, I'm convinced they have no idea what they are doing.... more
Changed gyms due to the unfriendly staff especially the new trainer and her made up rules. Wish the old trainer stayed. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to Norfolk to go to a gym where the trainer is attentive, knowledgeable and has been there for years.... more
