Isadora has been going to the Vault for almost 2 years now. She has attended class at least once a week, usually twice a week over this time. She has come a long way in her field hockey game and I believe her skills learned at the Vault has played a big role. She is more assertive as a player, reading the field better, and she is able to do that because she is confident in her stick skills. The coaches there are great with the girls and Isadora has so much fun while doing it. She begs to go more often!
The Kellam Field Hockey team trained with the Vault staff this spring and summer during the off season. There has been a drastic improvement in the teams conditioning, fitness, and mindset that has led to our early success this season! We will defiantly be returning next year!
Top notch class from a very professional group of instructors. Saw significant growth in my 12 year old from doing the 6 week training session. Highly recommended.
The Vault has been an outstanding experience for our team. The facility is extremely clean and has the necessary equipment to allow us to have full workouts. The best part is the staff. They are extremely professional and helpful. Their friendliness greats you as you enter the facility. Our kids look forward to our time at The Vault. I highly recommend using this facility and taking advantage of their knowledgeable staff.
We have been using Vault Athletic and Fitness as an additional coaching spot for my daughter who plays field hockey. This place is very well run and maintained.
Over the period of years they have increased the number of offerings and now cater to a lot more than just field hockey.
The walls here are filled with pictures of student athletes who have trained here and have moved on to bigger and better venues.
I highly recommend the Vault for fitness and sports training needs.

I turned to the owner for rehab for my torn ACL in late December/early January. Never squatted anything over 285 by early summer he had me squatting 500. He encourages uplifts and motivates anybody he trains. Genuinely cares about the people he trains. Has pretty good prices. 5/5 Recommend. Will see results in weeks! Be sure to mention the NY Giants are horrible too

Great facility & great instructors! My 6th & 8th grade daughters have been attending the Beyond the Net Specialty Skills classes & are learning so much. Coach Amber & Coach Nicole are AWESOME instructors. So happy with their progress, I signed them up for the next round of classes!

Jeremy Levine is a knowledgeable professional in his field. I've attended his Performance Restore 5 week class at THE VAULT and learned a great deal about the muscles often forgotten in regular fitness routines. The new exercises I've learned and incorporated into my fitness routines have made me more balanced and stronger. I have also seen Jeremy for NKT sessions that have helped me recover from a work injury.
