Top Notch coaches with wide space for gym. All Machines are new and of latest technology. Sound system is fantastic and crowd here is good.

Andy and his team of coaches are top notch. Super friendly, patient, family oriented, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. Andy accepts nothing but excellence out of his staff. And he's right by our side during the workouts, joining in! Carli, Courtney, Sean, and Sara are excellent and have been part of the Takeover family for years. You don't see overturn at this gym. Which is important!

I've been with them for over a year now. This was my first CrossFit box I've ever been to and I have absolutely no reason to look for another. Great coaches, great programming and most of all the great athletes. If you're looking to get into shape with a bunch of great people this is the place to be.

One of the BEST CrossFit gym's in the area! I have been to many and this one is the one I am glad to call home! I LOVE the people and the coaching is top notch! Everyone is super friendly too!
