True Pilates VB is my home away from home!! A year ago I broke my rib and was only allowed to walk until my Functional Medicine Doctor told me I could do Pilates with Mary Delk. And that is where my love affair with Pilates and TPVB started. Mary is an amazing teacher and was able to work around my broken rib and still give me a fantastic workout. I also have had Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis since age 3 and my body has never felt better. When you walk through the doors you feel like family. Mary, Brenna and Doe are always there to help. I don't even want to think where I would be without the knowledge, gentle prodding and constant care from Mary!!

I'm also a classically-trained Pilates instructor, but I trained through a different School than these ladies. Some things are different, but the meat of The Work is the same. Brenna made me feel absolutely beautiful, accomplished and strong at the end, not bad for being different and needing support when I needed it. This Studio was recommended to me by the owner of Inner Core Wellness in Vienna, VA, and now I know why!

Having taken Pilates for years, this is an amazing core strengthening program. Brenna and the overall team at True Pilates VB, have a fun atmosphere, while making sure you are working hard, and being educated about your body at the same time. Try them out, you'll be so glad you did. What an amazing team, with some of the highest leveled Pilates Instructors in the area.

Brenna at TPVB is knowledgeable and willing to accommodate clients with work outs appropriate for them individually. My girlfriend signed up a couple of months ago and since then has raved about improvements to her posture and core strength. She highly recommends TPVB.

I have been working out at True Pilates for a little over a month now an am addicted! I love the way I feel during each session and after. Each instructor is kind, helpful, and so knowledgeable. True Pilates is a must try!
