I like it. Its tucked back in the corner of the shopping center. It gets busy, but not too busy. Its very clean and kept up with, overall a good gym.

I believe Luis was his name, So incredibly insightful about what planet fitness has to offer.
I'm old fashion and like to visit the places I look into inverdting with and he absolutely knew his stuff. Hard to find good customer service these days but he's a keeper. Keep up the good work!

I do enjoy this place, it's always open. I bring a free guest, one of my children. Free tanning and the beds are not outdated. I enjoy the friendly vibe, the people and we are here to improve our health. Had to sign us all up.

Ive been a member for a couple of years. Good place to work out, clean and nice people.. They have a fitness trainer who will design a program for you for free.

The Best gym price is $10 a month with no contract and a once a year annual payment fee of $29. Just Do It!!!

The place is always clean and if a machine is broken it is always fixed in a timely manner. Not to mention the month to month membership is a great price!

Worst customer service ever. Paid for pass, started running, then said to stop. Sold us wrong one. Then offered to buy membership. Then said no. Ride left us. Son and I stuck outside having to run in the cold. Most simple minded people. No customer service skills. Couldn't even work with me, offered to pay full amount. I'm from out a state in town for the weekend.

Came here to say Maurice at the front desk (in the morning) has been awesome! Very positive and encouraging. Every time he says see you tomorrow, I know I gotta be there! ~ Someone give that guy a raise! It'll be sad to see him go, but hopefully people in the Richmond gym will enjoy his spirit as much as I have.
Morning time is the best time to hit up this gym (less people). And You just can't beat $10/mo!!

Has everything I need and if you can get there by 5pm not crowded. But... silly to drop off a star for this on a gym review... but the 'pizza night' is rediculous. A staff member arranging the pizzas at 5:35 as I was leaving. I was going to get a couple slices to eat dinner on the way home. She told me I had to wait until 6. Ummmm, it was delivered at 5:15 and you're displaying it in the lobby. What gives? Rude.

I have been to a few planet fitness now and this one by far is the cleanest. No complaints here.

Clean and not overcrowded. Some older locations stink of sweat. Go after 8pm and have entire gym on your own

I love this gym.! The staff is always friendly and the equipment is easy to use. At $20 a month for 24/7 you can't beat it. However, I've been standing at the front desk for 20 minutes now and I can't seem to get any help. I even tried calling twice and I just stood here as the phone on the desk rang all the way through. Not sure where the staff is tonight.?

The trainer is amazing! He is so helpful and actually recognizes his clients and notices when you've been gone for awhile. He helps give you the drive to succeed!!

Close enough to ride my bike. Small, but bike rack available. Always fresh locker room, with gray water pressure for showers on the go. Usually never to packed, unless your looking for a smith machine; good luck.
Used to pay 45 dollars a month at one life fitness while new members that were friends I got to sign up were paying 29.99. No benefit for boosting to potential clientel nor loyalty towards the gym, had me switch. Not to mention at rush hour one life was always packed full of people.
I pay a fourth of the price and may actually have seen more gains. The gym is on my commute home from work, and thus go way more regularly. Find what works for you, and grind...
