Just finished up my second week at this place. It's awesome! Workouts are challenging, it is built upon your schedule, and staff are very helpful and kind!. The ability to be in and out in 30 minutes is fantastic! Loved my experience at lotus river. I am a beginner and Stephanie made sure I was comfortable and adjusted everything to my level. I feel so refreshed after our sessions.
