I have been a member for years - Open hours were posted and when I went to the facility, it was closed. My efforts to obtain an answer failed. VERY inconvenient. Rating this from a fitness center perspective: When you walk in, you're supposed to tell a security guard where you plan on going prior to going in the facility.... more
