Pour hours, sanitation, and selection. For a small gym it has what you will need. There could be more accommodations for those that need additional equipment.. I enjoy the Tuesday, Thursday and Friday exercise classes from 1130-1230.... more

If you want specific equipment this gym has it all. This is one of the largest gyms I have worked out in and is by far the best gym in Chesapeake! Have not tried the classes, but they offer a wide variety of classes as well.... more
This one it's on high street is small but the people are awesome the the building is so clean.. Very nice layout! Alot wonderful activities for all ages!... more
Exercise and a urine ph of 7.5 is very good for you. A urine ph of 7.5 can cure most sickness. A ph of below 5.5 of your mouth can erode your teeth.... Staff and the location are great.... more
I only really come here because of their "Game Room". It's a great place to go whenever I need something to do. The Game Room has a pool table, air hockey, a Nintendo Switch , and 2 PS4s.... more
Nice place overall but the workers seem to not are about you and they are not always on the same page when it comes to what time certain things are open, especially the gym. Wen i call up there they tell me the gym is open but when i get there the gym is not always open.... more
Kat has enjoyed going there tremendously and we want to encourage her to call her dad, so she can continue to attend. Being physically active is important and she knows I understand that.... more
It's a gym but as always too crowded. No wifi unless you pay for it. Who charges for wifi these days?. Great if you're here for a squats rack or cardio. Not that much equipment otherwise.... more
In my opinion, the Great Bridge YMCA is the best in the area. A membership is undoubtedly expensive, but it does get a little cheaper for big families, low-income earners, etc. They have an outdoor and indoor pool, both with lap lanes and slides.... more
So far, my review is for the front. Basically, there computer had trouble withdrawing funs from my account . She kept insisting it doesnt matter who's fault it is and that I deserved to be given a fee for the transaction.... more

This is actually a decent place to work out, except when they have Child care camps. The noise they produce really takes away from your experience. I realize it's a Y and Children are going to 'be there but the facility isn't really build for 70 Children to be confined to a small gym for activities.... more
