They pour their very best into your very best!. One of the best schools I have seen so far. Awesome environment and instructors. Very polite people and very tough training. No ceremonial activities like in some schools, just straight to the point.... more

Pour hours, sanitation, and selection. For a small gym it has what you will need. There could be more accommodations for those that need additional equipment.. I enjoy the Tuesday, Thursday and Friday exercise classes from 1130-1230.... more

They give a huge military discount, and the quality of clothes is amazing!. The employees are quick to help you get in and out and the quality is worth the extra money. I love their compression leggings and the length of their jackets!... more

If you want specific equipment this gym has it all. This is one of the largest gyms I have worked out in and is by far the best gym in Chesapeake! Have not tried the classes, but they offer a wide variety of classes as well.... more
Awesome gym. Highly recommend. My daughter started a year ago and is already quite an impressive gymnast. Her ability to perform is a testament to the coaches at the gym. The gym offers programs for kids who are casually trying out gymnastics like mine was to gymnasts who are home schooled and compete on national levels.... more

Exercise and a urine ph of 7.5 is very good for you. A urine ph of 7.5 can cure most sickness. A ph of below 5.5 of your mouth can erode your teeth.... Staff and the location are great.... more
I only really come here because of their "Game Room". It's a great place to go whenever I need something to do. The Game Room has a pool table, air hockey, a Nintendo Switch , and 2 PS4s.... more
New equipments. Be smart about workout hours as this place can get a little crowded aroound certian hours. I been going there for months before I found out there's an Olympic size swimming pool.... more
Nice place overall but the workers seem to not are about you and they are not always on the same page when it comes to what time certain things are open, especially the gym. Wen i call up there they tell me the gym is open but when i get there the gym is not always open.... more
