I have been working out with Terry Stevens my trainer at Natural Bodyz for about 18 months. What a difference it has made in my life. I have more energy and snap back from minor setbacks very quickly-like too much fun on the weekend. I am snow skiing with the best forms and endurance that I have had in over a decade. All the staff and clients at Natural Bodyz are friendly and helpful-this is definitely the right place to take care of the body. Since it is open 24 hours, I often plan a long aerobic event around a good movie or game and don't even notice the time flying by on the elliptical machine!

This is a comfortable fitness center in a safe location. The equipment is well maintained and it is a very clean facility.

Absolutely love this gym! It is the perfect balance of professional and welcoming. It is a great place to work out without judgement and the staff is always happy to help show you how to use any equipment.
