Its a wonderful gym. Great staff and friendly gym members. Open 24/7 and right down the street from my house. Don't have to wait for equipment. Military and first responder friendly.

An incredible gym with a welcoming environment and plenťy of quality equipment. I work a strange shift, so the 24/7 hrs is a huge plus for me.

Super nice gym! Would love to have one by college drive but just too far to go to from suffolk, really enjoyed it though! Would go again if closer

This Gym is by far the best out there. Not only will are the trainers top notch In terms of pushing your limits, they are also a extensive knowledge library of nutrition and workouts. Aaron specifically is awesome. He pushes me to be better and I love interacting with everyone there. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Spectacular gym, 24 hours wide variety of equipment and never busy. Membership cost is extremely fair with great prices on personal training programs. Honestly I would say natural bodyz offers the best success in achieving your goals with fitness and weight loss out off all of Virginia. I say this as a individual that went thru thier programs and now having become a ALL NATURAL PRO BODYBUILDER.

#1 PERIOD!! I had been a Team Member for about 6 months when I got deployed. I returned home briefly and wanted to workout, they hosted me and accommodated me. I wasn't just a customer I was a Team Member. You won't find this level of customer service anywhere else besides Chic fil-a. I recommend this gym if you are looking for something more than workout equipment. The Best!!!

I can't even begin to describe how awesome this gym is. I've been going here for almost 2 years now and it's the best decision I ever made. It's a gym where working hard is encouraged and everyone cheers you on. Even the owner and trainers are always motivating and you get a real sense of community. Members come in all shapes and sizes but one thing everyone has in common is the will to get fit--- no matter what phase of the journey they are on! I recommend this gym to everyone and anyone and I can't see myself ever leaving this place!

Love the environment and the fact that they have all equipment needed. It has never been too crowded when I've gone and anyone was always more than willing to answer what Amy exercise might be without being judged about it! Great gym and staff!! Chad is a great motivator throughout a workout and would recommend him or any of the other trainers to work with!

This gym is awesome. I was looking to find a gym in late june once i finished moving and I was excited to hear that this gym was offering a sign-up promotion. As a frequent gym goer I have to say this place has it all when it comes to free weights or machines and i never have to compete with anyone to use the equipment. Bumper plates and chains are also avaliable to those who train crossfit or powerlift.
Additionally, my normal gym time usually falls around 9pm and b/c of my schedule i would not be able to train in the manner that I do bc the majority of gyms are either closed or closing. Not here however, with the barcode access key the gym and all of its equipment is accessible 24/7 which is perfect for me and for a number other members as well.
I am very happy that I became a member at this gym and i look forward to my nightly training sessions.

I've been going to Natural Bodyz for about 6 months and the atmosphere is so inviting! I've never went to a gym because I felt so uncomfortable about not knowing the equipment or what to do. Natural Bodyz changed that for me! I can ask anyone for help and I've never felt judged or made fun of! They all are so encouraging and motivate you to help you reach your goals!
