They pour their very best into your very best!. One of the best schools I have seen so far. Awesome environment and instructors. Very polite people and very tough training. No ceremonial activities like in some schools, just straight to the point.... more

If you want specific equipment this gym has it all. This is one of the largest gyms I have worked out in and is by far the best gym in Chesapeake! Have not tried the classes, but they offer a wide variety of classes as well.... more
