I love love love this gym. Berhane is extremely helpful & motivating, and the workouts are always challenging. Great group of people to workout with. Berhane also made me a meal plan that has been very helpful with my weight loss.... more

Great gym. The best class is dancesport endurance.. Hydromassage chairs are great. Equipment is well taken care of. It is a great gym for a little space. I wish they'd take some of the empty conference space away and build a pool or hot tub.... more

After calling ahead and being approved to swim for the afternoon and driving our group 45 minutes, we were told to get out of the pool after only 30 minutes. The young bleach blond lifeguard on duty was extremely rude and obnoxious towards our children.... more
