I came to Foundation Fitness in January 2019. I am in my early 40s and have never found a way to integrate regular exercise into my busy work and family life, until now. I can now say that I've stuck with this for almost a year. My longest exercise streak ever! I work with Amie Rowland as my personal trainer and found a schedule that I can actually stick to! Amie's personality is a great fit to mine. Plus, having a set time to meet her twice a week, that I'm paying for, I'm going to keep that appointment. She holds me accountable to the goals we've set, and flexes with me when work or family life cause me to need to reschedule a bit to fit exercise in a time other than my normal schedule.
I didn't come to Foundation Fitness looking to have a body-builder's physique. I came here to get toned and healthy. Now, I can keep up with my 7 year old a little better, plus my very active husband. And... I can now help move a picnic table around when needed! My time at Foundation Fitness has been one of the best investments I've ever made in myself.
