I was pretty intimidated to take a class here but have been so pleasantly surprised by how supportive and inclusive this studio is! I thought that I would stick out like a big tall sore thumb, but the front desk staff and instructors always seem to recognize when there's a newbie on the scene, and they make a special effort to say hi and give the lay of the land - and the other folks taking the classes are really welcoming and encouraging.... more

I moved where I worked, and would be no longer close to this location. I had been a member for 4 years. After cancelling my membership, their business policy force me to pay next month in full even when I am not going to use their services, so my customer policy force me to write this review to let other people know about this clause.... more

After calling ahead and being approved to swim for the afternoon and driving our group 45 minutes, we were told to get out of the pool after only 30 minutes. The young bleach blond lifeguard on duty was extremely rude and obnoxious towards our children.... more
