Super chill, clean, all the machines you need to start your healthier lifestyle. Staff is friendly too. Really enjoy working out here.

Good place for a workout, but staff need to ensure that members clean equipment after use. Too many times I've witnessed members showing no regard for hygiene. Staff need to start enforcing by being on the equipment floor instead of behind front desk.

Very clean location. The staff is very friendly. Thete are people even at extremely late hours on Saturdays. I usually do morning and its slightly busy then. One suggestion is that barbells would be nice and bosu balls/tension ropes. Otherwise the people are pleasant enough. I isually come in to get my workout in and head back out. So not really social for an opinion on that. Bathrooms do have pipe leaks...seems to be a trend at all of the planet fitnesses in the area which is very weird to me.

Not a fan of this particular gym. I'm a black card member and they wouldn't let me purchased a water cause they needed my CC info. But they can see that I'm a black card member. And the hydro massage had a leak.

Pros: People works in this place are nice. Cons: Lack of free bar bench in whieght lifting area and some needed bars, restrooms soap dispensers and water fountains stays out of service for too long time many times, and its a bit humid inside at evening

This location is smaller than most. Late night the best time to go but i have experienced rude and unprofessional employees here I complained to management and it was kinda brushed off that was a yr or so ago. One time one of the employees had her small children there while she was at the front desk chomping on a burger they very rarely hit the lunk button when ppl are slamming the weights down. Sometimes staff is not at the desk it says scan your own card i understand if you had to make a quick bathroom run but not because you are in the parking lot socializing with friends. Massage chairs need to be checked often. Sit down ab machinw been squeaking for months how often are the machines maintenanced.

Overall, it is not bad given the cheap price. I have been a member of many different gyms and planet fitness is good if you don't need classes to motivate you. I stopped going as frequently, just got too busy, and am going to cancel my account. I was going to change my mind and keep my membership active, but when I called to let them know that the staff member was very rude and he actually hung up on me. Instead, I will be joining LA Fitness again, it is a little farther away, but at least the people there were always nice.

My first visit here was not a great experience. The shorter asian gentleman was who helped us out. We asked about a special that is often promoted which includes only $1.00 down, and he said they don't have that special now and usually don't ever have it. He also mentioned that if in the rare chance they did, it only lasts a day. This seemed strange to me as that is the only special I have ever seen promoted. He told us that we were getting a great deal with putting $100+ down. Overall, he spoke down to us and when he asked where else we have been looking he spoke poorly of those gyms. Speaking poorly of others is not going to help their selling skills.
The funny part is, fast forward two days to today and the special is now $1.00 down and the special lasts 2 weeks (not one day). With that being said, I will most likely join for the price (with a different salesman) but the customer service is very poor so far. Also, this gentleman mentioned to us that he knew that we were wrong about everything we were saying because he has been there for 3 months, which according to him is the longest anyone has been there. That just shows that your staff turnover is far too high.

Nice gym at a budget/competitive price. A trainer is available on weekdays gratis. The gym is open 24 * 7 so they're acommodating of members' schedules.

Nice, clean, gym with a lot of machines. They have smith machines and dumbells, no free barbells.

This location has just the basics. They are cutting costs and have hidden the hand sanitizers but the staff is very friendly. They need to make some improvements as other Plant Fitnesses have more machines!

No customer service! I left my phone once in the locker rooms, and I tried to call them several times so they can hold my phone until I get back to get it since I was at work. For my surprise no one answered the phone. I had to leave work in order to get it so it doesn't get stolen. Staff said they answered my calls, then they said they've been busy. Staff seems a bit careless and distracted.

It's ok. Not enough weights, dumbells, not enough weight equipment, no Hammer Strength. Paper towel dispensers are all barely working.

Friendly staff. The equipment is always clean and repaired. things may break, but they don't stay that way. Trainers are always available. Great atmosphere.

It is all you need in a gym. The equipment is maintained and the facilities are always clean. They have a good selection of both nautilus equipment and free weights. The staff is friendly.

I always have a wonderful work out here at P.F. I love the staff on the mid night hour my times are 3:00am to 5am and the staff never stop working and they are a great help especially the staff member Nicole she is the best with customer service if I may They should have security on the mid night a.m. hour so the staff can be for ever Safe.

I really like Planet Fitness. It's everything it claims to be. I do wish they had a bit more equipment (a rowing machine would be AWESOME!) but there are size constraints to the building. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the other patrons are very polite and usually friendly. It's a diverse crowd: old, young, multi-racial, fit, fat... everyone goes there and it's great. I've never had anything but a positive experience.
