Top notch facility that has everything one could need! Friendly staff, clean environment, and awesome equipment. Up beat atmosphere great for anyone trying to reach their health and wellness goals!
Always friendly and helpful staff. Machines and equipment rarely down for maintenance. New additions (boxing studio and ring) add more options for advancing your work out along with well qualified training staff. Best gym in the area!
Pretty good gym with good equipment. I'm just confused as to why it's too much to ask that even ONE TV in the place be turned to an NFL game on Sundays? Do we really need TWO TV's who show nothing but "Friends" reruns and another TWO on the Home & Garden Network?
This gym is great with lots of new equipment. The staff is courteous knowledgeable and very professional. Carlin, one of the trainers, really helped whip me into shape. Not only is she knowledgeable on the muscles and target areas that you seek to fix, she is extremely supportive and motivational, which is exactly what I need. I highly recommend this gym and Carlin!!
This gym is great with lots of new equipment. The staff is courteous knowledgeable and very professional. Carlin, one of the trainers, really helped whip me into shape. Definitely one of the better, cleaner gyms I've been to. Only gym I think I have ever been where everyone reracks the weights and in the right place. If there is a dumbbell missing from the rack, someone is using it. It's not just resting against a mirror for 3 days. I would give it 5 stars but there are some basic machines I can't find anywhere, like a calf machine or a shoulder fly machine. And some machines have low upper limits. I haven't really lifted in 2 years and the second day on legs I racked the leg extension. Top weight is 240. My last gym top weight was over 300.
I guess in short I am saying there is some room for improvement but this is one of the better gyms I have used (better than the equinox and brand new 24 hour fitness I have used). I know there is an expansion currently being worked out so hopefully that will address my issues.

The greeter there Erin was really cute and respectful and greeted me with exemplary customer service definitely going to continue to come to this gym
They will sign you quickly with your credit card but not a chance to cancel. I have requested repeatedly to cancel my sons membership since March but they still charge my credit card. I emailed Brandon to cancel my membership. No hope, they are still charging me. Very frustrating!

I noticed that I have been billed again in May...there is a pending transaction. I call the club to inquire. the associate says I am still an active member and that I have to speak to a specific person, he takes my name and number. there is no number to call the corporate office only another form. Waiting to be called back but I have feeling this is not going to go well...might have to dispute the charges on my credit card...

Great facility, great staff. They care about their customers and go out of their way to ensure that they are happy. They have all of the necessary equipment and classes to meet your fitness goals.

Alexandria Onelife - 2 level facility with plenty of exercise equipment for whatever you need to train. Peak time is usually around 6 and it gets very busy, which is typical for a gym, but you can always find something to do. Parking lot is very big. I go ~5 time per week. The place is always clean and the staff / trainers like Wilmer, Abigail, Juan, Isabella, and everyone there have always been nice and helpful. There are always fitness classes going on and the movie theatre inside always has great movies on. Awesome facility all around.

Staff is always friendly, and equipment is always clean. Stuff gets fixed pretty quickly. Can be kind of crowded sometimes.
I just signed up yesterday, but had to drop in and give these guys a review. Fanny, Juan, and John were absolutely fantastic. I had a great initial workout. The facility is massive! Equipment was well taken care of. The other front desk staff were on point as well. Looking forward to crushing more workouts and getting to know more of the staff.
I am so happy with this gym. Clean, well equipped, nice people. The Kids Club is great, they take care of my son and he really enjoys beeing there. Really appreciate the work of all the staff in this gym.
This place is awesome! Was just in town for a few days and they really hooked my friend and I up with a 5 day pass. The best facilities, and the best people, especially Juan! Highly recommended. Thanks
Great environment with a fantastic staff. Everyone is friendly and outgoing! The gym provides access to all types of training for an affordable rate. Barre, Crossfit, and bodybuilding perfectly blendid under one roof.
I love coming to this gym. The staff here are so friendly, go out of their way to help you and it's always so clean. I look forward to my workouts here everyday!
