I found Easy Yoga & Cafe through a wonderful yoga instructor Beth. She does special yoga events, and she was doing a goat yoga session at Easy Yoga & Cafe. After my fun yoga session, I ordered a super green smoothie. It was delicious! I believe they have smoothie bowls too. The yoga studio and cafe were very inviting as well as the staff members. This was my first time here, and I was told new members can sign-up for unlimited sessions for 30 days for $30. I definitely will come back here for a yoga session, and to try a smoothie bowl!

I love ease yoga. The owner Tara is very open to all who come to the studio and makes you feel at home. The classes are easy and challenging at the same time, hence the name. Never had a dull class and always leave with a blissful spirit.

Great yoga studio! There is a lovely welcoming environment here and the diversity of classes enables you to find which one works best for your practice. Love the easy-going, positive energy. Their "new client welcome" pass is awesome because you can try different classes to see what you like for $10 per class (5 classes for $50). So glad I found this place!

The staff are very friendly! The yoga classes are very good and the teachers help you align your poses and correct you. The temperature of the room was warm but not too hot which I liked. The only thing I didn't like about the class was that songs in the background was distracting me.
