I worked out here to give it a try and it was amazing! It definitely lived up to my expectations, even superseded them. It's an environment that will force you to work hard, and they have options that will allow you to refuel after a workout that's healthy, contrary to some of the gyms I've been to before.... more

I participate in Jacob's "Legends" fitness class, which meets at 9 a.m. each weekday. I was looking for a strength-building class, and I sure found it. Jacob really puts us through a vigorous workout, but, being a physical therapist, he makes sure we are using correct form, so as not to cause any injury.... more

Nice place for students. Unlike the SLC, Russel is never crowded, which is its biggest selling point. But it is dirty and they are missing some of the basic necessities like a leg extension machine.... more
