Friendly and welcoming staff... They helped me chose the appropriate membership based on what I was interested in and the limited time I had in Waco. All in all I would recommend it to others.

I have never had such a welcoming gym experience. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is, everyone from the athletes to the trainers are all very friendly and supportive. The workouts are challenging and very fun. It's been great!
